We grow shiitake, oyster, and lion's mane mushrooms year-round.  We grow the following mushrooms seasonally: king trumpet, black poplar, reishi, and more.

All of our mushrooms are USDA Certified Organic by Quality Certification Services.

 
 
 

Many of our varieties we've collected ourselves in the woods of Alabama and Georgia.

We then use a small sample of the mushroom to culture it on microbiological growth media where it can be stored for decades. We have some mushroom strains that are nearly three decades old. We can then grow this mushroom preserving its unique look, flavor, and genetic diversity.
